Case Study: Workday Owner's Program Management
Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is a premier science and engineering school that was embarking on a multi-year modernization program and was looking for Owner's Program Management Support. SharperPoint Consulting Group (formerly Glenn Small Consulting LLC) has provided oversight, executive support, program management, decision support and other services in support of WPI's Enterprise Transformation Program, or ETP. Workday has been the biggest project within the ETP.
With SharperPoint’s support and guidance, WPI implemented Workday HCM and Finance, coming in on time and under budget. WPI continues to leverage SharperPoint’s help with its implementation of Workday Student.
